Orders & Account

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed directly through our website by adding products to your cart and checking out. For bulk or recurring orders, contact our sales team or your local Nu-Line representative.

Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: Yes, you need to register for an account to access pricing and complete checkout. Businesses can request a trade account for 14-day terms.

Q: How do I access reseller or bulk pricing?
A: Click on the “Become a Reseller” link at the top of the page and fill out the registration form. Approved resellers will receive access to special pricing and promotions.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver Australia-wide. For regional or bulk deliveries, please allow additional lead time.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Metro areas typically receive delivery within 1–3 business days. Regional and interstate deliveries may take 3–7 business days.

Q: What are the delivery costs?
A: Orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.


Products & Safety

Q: Where can I find Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?
A: SDS for all products are available on the product pages or can be requested from our customer service team.

Q: Do you offer eco-friendly products?
A: Yes. Look for the “Eco-Friendly” badge on selected products or browse our Natural & Green Cleaning category.

Q: Are your chemicals safe for use in food prep areas?
A: Many of our products are HACCP compliant and food-safe when used as directed. Please refer to each product’s label and SDS.


Dispensers & Equipment

Q: Do you supply dispensers with your products?
A: Yes, we offer a range of dishwasher detergent, rinse aid, soap, and chemical dosing dispensers. Some equipment is available on free loan when using Nu-Line products—contact us for details.

Q: Can you install and service dispensers?
A: Absolutely. Our technicians install and maintain dosing equipment across NSW. Schedule your installation via the “Book an Installation” page.


Support & Returns

Q: What if there’s an issue with my order?
A: Please contact our support team within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or credit where applicable.

Q: Do you offer product samples?
A: Yes, we offer samples for qualifying businesses. Contact our sales team to arrange a trial pack.
